Thermo Fisher Scientific to Exhibit and Host Seminar at Pharmatex 2008




Hemel Hempstead, UK -- Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. has announced that it will exhibit and host a seminar at the annual Pharmatex conference at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Cork, Ireland, 16-18 September 2008. The informative seminar, entitled ”Near Infrared Analysis as a Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Tool for the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Industries,” will take place in the Shanagarry Suite on Wednesday 17th September from 14.00-18.00pm and will be hosted by Sheelagh Halsey, NIR Technical Support Specialist from Thermo Fisher. The seminar will provide an insight into how the pharmaceutical industry can utilize near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to aid the understanding and improvement of pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical processes. Aimed to educate and enhance understanding of NIR spectroscopy as a process analysis tool, this interactive seminar will also include a question and answer session.
